Code Solutions organizes skill-based contests and competitions. Contest registration fees are generally non-refundable once a participant has successfully registered for a contest.

2. Successful Registration

After successful payment and contest registration, refunds will not be issued simply because a participant chooses not to participate, misses deadlines, or fails to submit a project.

3. Duplicate Payments

If a participant is charged multiple times for the same contest registration due to a technical issue, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

4. Failed Transactions

In cases where payment is deducted but registration is not completed, participants should contact support with transaction details. After verification, the amount may be refunded or the registration may be completed manually.

5. Contest Cancellation

If Code Solutions cancels a contest due to technical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants may receive a full refund of the registration fee.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment gateway and banking system.

7. Prize Disputes

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with contest results, judging decisions, rankings, or prize distribution will not be accepted.

8. Fraud Prevention

Refund requests suspected of fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or misuse of the platform may be denied.

9. Contact Support

For refund-related inquiries, participants may contact our support team with their payment ID, transaction reference number, and contest details.
